Natasha is the founder of BabyMoon and based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. She is a practising Midwife, Health Visitor, Community Nurse Prescriber and IBCLC. Natasha completed her Midwifery training in 2011 at the University of Hertfordshire after having her own children. She returned to the University in 2014 when she became a Health Visitor and Community Nurse Prescriber. Since then she has been working as a Health Visitor and additionally as a midwife when needed. Natasha has been coordinating a complex feeding support clinic since 2016 and thus has a vast experience in every type of feeding problem for both mothers and babies of all ages. It was this part of the role that encouraged her to undertake her lactaction consultant training and she passed the IBCLC exam in October 2019.   Natasha says " Breastfeeding your baby can be everything. It can be beautiful, challenging, painful, powerful, intense, loving, overwhelming, invigorating, tiring and complex all at the same time. What we know about someone's breastfeeding experience is that it is their lived experience and cannot be comparable to anyone elses. Everyone has different goals and needs. I believe in an indivualised care approach in which we work on YOUR goals and give practical, helpful and emphatic support to overcome your concerns and your feeding issues however small or large. I believe in women and I am overwhelmed and priviledged to be able to support mothers during this part of their motherhood journey".
